It’s beginning of July 2008. After a month of studying we try to get in good shape for our Mount Coach Khan Tengri expedition. One of the routes we liked to climb is the famous Frendo Spur on the north face of Aiguille Du Midi. Taking the last bin up to the middle station we made a luxury bivy on the moraine underneath the spur. The next day we started climbing around 5 in the morning. It was a nice day out! We made good progress but spend time for a lunch-break, did a lot of talking and occasionally, we made a stop for the better picture. Around 15u we reached the summit station, taking the bin down back to Chamonix.
